What I do..
I primarily tutor Sewing classes, but I also tutor Crochet, hand sewing and other seasonal crafts. I have been sewing since I was a little girl using my Grandmothers sewing machine. I never met her but I am a firm believer that I got my sewing love from her, it is in my genes. I want to keep the old crafts alive. It makes me happy to pass on my knowledge and inspire a new generation of crafters. My mantra is "I have never met a craft I don't like". I am still learning, there are new tools, new techniques or better ways of doing things, I have plenty more to learn.

My little shop is nestled on the most picturesque street just off the main high street in Godalming.
These buildings are dating back to approx the 1580's Tudor times nearly 450 years. Queen Elizabeth 1st was on the throne.
On this street all these shops are independent retailers. An eclectic mix of galleries, homewears, crafts, diy, cafe, suit hire, dog groomers, a pub and many more .
A hidden gem walkable to the train station.
And yes "The Holiday" starring Cameron Diaz was filmed here on Church Street.
